Purpose

What does your training need to accomplish at a high-level?

  • Give basic awareness of some person, place, process or technology
  • Create minimal behavior change—maybe tweak what is already known or assumed perhaps via some reflection
  • Create strong behavior change because the skill gap is great, the skills required are complex or the change will cause strong emotional reactions or resistance
  • Be just-in-time for use on-the-job
