• Reduced redesign time of PowerPoint instructor-led presentations into performance-based online courses from 90+ hours to under 40 hours.
• Led multiple components of a large project, including managing 340 training deliverables for 4,000 employees and vendors, the evaluation process, as well as statistic collection and analysis. Project saved $4 million in its first year of implementation.
